My company was established in 1997 and is VAT registered. The O&Ms supplied are of high quality and customised to each job and, if required, can incorporate the project health & safety file. Manuals can be provided for all types of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings; from base-build to fit-out, renovation to small works. We have produced and written manuals for main contractors, such as Skanska, Balfour Kilpatrick and Mansell; for projects such as St Bartholomews Hospital, Bank of England, Cayman Islands Government Offices, Open University, University College London (UCL), RBS, London Docklands, and numerous others. The main subjects covered are mechanical and electrical services (M&E), public health (PH), architectural (fabric), and fire protection. The O&Ms are usually commissioned by the contractor or sub-contractor who carried out the installation work. They in turn issue it to the client at the end of the works.
