Then I became customer service and sales... representative for T-mobile where I was obligated to work with customer and their problems and make sure each and every call I will be able to convince customer that the product we have is something they need, which is true, its just hard to make others believe especially you are talking on the phone not in person, that's when I've been interested with sales. then I tried home based see if it going to work with me which it did, I was able to amazed a lot of employer which a tickle to my heart :) so until now I continue being busy with home based and giving great service.. Working with organisations to develop their staffs performance & productivity led me then to start my own business 'Xcellence Ltd'. Whilst working and delivering learning to others within businesses, I then decided to look into further development opportunities for individuals on a more personal level. This is when I embarked on an intensive 'Life Coaching' practitioner course. Since then I have worked with clients to help them in many areas of their lives. At present whilst still building my knowledge, skills, expertise & business I offer my services as a volunteer to 'Young Enterprises' and also deliver Skills for Life sessions to disabled children & young adults for the charity called 'Whizz Kidz' in-conjunction with the National Star College.
