I supported state of art technology along with legacy systems. I trained people; motivate them to meet and exceed the job requirement. During Feb 2004 – April 2005, I worked as an independent consultant and project manager to provide technical consultation and project management services to different clients, in Canada and Saudi Arabia. I managed projects related to infrastructure, LAN/WAN, WiFi, IP telephony and IT service management, implementation of ITIL processes. Quality management of IT services and process development.
