I am an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist with over 22 years in Architectural practise and interior designers and run... my own Architectural Technicians practise after leaving a position of Associate with a Newcastle based architectural practise I have experience in most industry sectors from domestic extensions to New build hotels, Supermarkets, Public Houses and Bars, Nightclubs, Listed Buildings, design & build etc My business premises are within a Business centre just north of Newcastle Upon Tyne, where we have full autocad and printing facilities manned daily 9-5 and fully contactable during business hours. Clients are of course welcome to visit, where we also have meeting rooms and conference facilities. I am able to produce most packages of drawings from feasibility through planning to contract/working drawing stage on any type of project, large or small. I also have access to additional staff for larger projects requiring a quick turn around. Survey work can be undertaken, or i can produce packages from your survey work/photos. Basic 3d Models using Sketchup are also available. House extensions/loft conversions more than welcome and will ensure a freindly, helpful service, guiding clients through the full process from ideas to opening the door. I can promise agreeable hourly rates or fixed fees, whichever is the most appropriate for the client. My practise is currently working for a number of repeat clients, both locally and remote on a number of prestigous developments around the country such as Barn conversions, Loft conversions, House extensions, Housing developments, Commercial premises, Hotel & youth Hostels etc etc. We are very pleased to have secured a number of projects recently via people per hour and we put this down to offering a professional, honest, contactable service that provides our clients with confidence that we are the best solution for taking your project forward rather than the cheapest which can often lead to short cuts and lack of dedication to a clients project. We are also full members of the Federation of small Businesses which helps display our integrity, service and quality. We are of course fully insured both Public liablity up to Ã�£1million and professional indemnity to Ã�£250K and I would strongly suggest asking for proof of any chosen freelancers insurance.
