Paul Murden is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives admitted in 1978 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1986, a practising lawyer with over 25 years of Conveyancing (Domestic & Commercial) experience gained with significant South East solicitors practices as well as having ran his own practice until 1990. He now holds a consultancy with a national firm of lawyers He is experienced in all types of residential conveyancing transactions including unregistered, shared equity, plot sales, remortgage and equity release matters and has undertaken "high street" commercial transactions. and holds a Visual Files (now Lexis Nexis) developers certificate
and has implemented Axxia , Visual files
and... Solicitec systems. He was one of the first users of a stand alone Solicitec system in his own practice. A mentor & trainer, he has been responsible for in house conveyancing training, lectured in ILEX studies at Further Education College and has sought to coach and encourage developing personnel at every level and firm he has worked for. Adaptability is important and having had some experience of broad general practice in litigation in the past, he has recently been undertaking County Court advocacy for a major agency Non contentious matters have featured as he was heavily involved in the development and training on will writing software. Marketing has always been a passion and he has campaigned radio and direct legal marketing.
