I am a graduate of Warsaw University’s Institute of Applied Linguistics, the best school for translators in Poland. I hold an MA degree in linguistics, specializing in Polish-English-Russian translation and foreign languages teaching. During my studies I have completed general and specialist translation and interpreting courses, including legal document translation, financial/economic translation, audiovisual translation and many others. I can translate documents varying from birth certificates, driving licenses and contracts, through texts about politics, culture and current issues to financial statements and reports. I can prepare translations for audiovisual materials – for both subtitles and voice-over. I can also prepare subtitles for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing.
