I am a Independant Telesales Consultant under the name of Business Solutions UK. I was known as Ms Karen Anthony,... but I am now married, and have taken on the Surname of Young. My Telemarketing Diploma was certified under my previous name, but is still legal. I have been non active on people per hour for a while now due to having a large freelancing contract with a company called "Resource Engineering Projects " in Worcester for Telesales / Telemarketing work - They deal wtih Aerospace, Military and Defense Industries. They are also Partners to Siemens PLM systems called Teamcenter in which I also work on behalf of. I currently hold a " Telemarketing Professional Diploma Certificate" - ( obtained and proofed by Stonebridge Associated Colleges December 2010 ) and have the legal rights to have the initials S.A.C Dip ( telemarketing Professional ) after my name I am also studying a home E-course to be qualified in - Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). After 6 successful years in the sales and marketing industry I was made redundant on 17th December 2008. In April 2009, I was fortunate enough to be offered a position working with homeless 16-25 yrs olds. I now offer support and guidance to help them rebuild their lives and prepare for independent living. This involves shift work and often includes working evenings and weekends. However as a consequence of this, I have the best of both worlds by still being able to accept freelance work on my days off during the week. Although I still consider sales work, I find the hours I have available is ideally suited to research work. Up until 17th December 2008, I was working in International Sales for the Von Essen Group. I have extensive experience working on telemarketing projects across the globe on behalf of all the major software companies including... IBM, Google, Symantec and McAfee. This has involved working across all timezones as part of a cloud organisation in a highly target-driven and results-orientated environment.
