I use experiential approaches as well as role play where it adds value. I believe that delegates are my customers. This means that I treat them all as individuals, striving to meet each person’s needs, in the context of whatever I am facilitating. I'm a powerful facilitator of both large and small groups, knowing when to stand back and let the conversation flow and when to step in to provide focus and structure. I get results by engaging people at all levels through questioning and listening. People often have the answers they are looking for but sometimes need gentle prompting and challenging to give them the confidence follow their instincts. I achieve this though a coaching approach. I prefer to focus on achievement rather than failure and talk about what people have done well • both at work and at home. Instead of always having post mortems when things go wrong, I'm a firm believer in getting under the detail of what happens when things go well, which builds confidence and makes people feel good about themselves. I keep focused on what the organisation is trying to achieve, by directly linking my interventions to the company’s strategy and business plan. I have a diverse background in education and Public Relations fields. For ...the past 10 years I have combined these two industries and have presented information at conferences, tradeshows, and classroom training... settings [businesses, churches and schools]. I have used and ear prompter for some of these projects which records the information and plays it back to me, for a flawless speech, but I can also comfortably speak at an "impromptu"/ ad-lib type of event such as on-camera interviewing. Im interested in public speaking, voice-over work, promotional marketing and public relations, but I'm also open to other creative and challenging opportunities. In recent years, I've also begun writing web content through freelance writing companies. I'm still currently teaching as well. I'm a native English speaker and also have some ability communicating in Spanish and Hungarian. Ive been incorporated in Florida since 2005 and have been working as an independent contractor since 2000. Im currently back in the States and available for projects here, or via the internet world-wide. If travel expenses are included I am also interested in hearing about your company's project and as an EU citizen I have a broad availability for travel and work situations.
