Commercial Contract Lawyer / Legal Adviser

I am a commercial and contracts lawyer with over 10 years' experience of providing legal advice in a consultative capacity (8 years' experience) and in-house (3 years' experience), and combine this legal experience with a wealth of business, commercial and technological knowledge and expertise.
