Working within the company as a whole enabled me to put my English skills into practise, dealing with customer correspondence via email, live chats, letters and faxes. I am currently working towards a Level 1 Open University qualification. I am in the process of applying for an Access to Higher Education course (part time study) and as such, am looking for part time hours to fit around my school day. I have a keen eye for detail and type at approximately 65wmp with a very good accuracy rate. My previous experience should give you an idea about the type of person that I am. Joining an industry that was completely new to me was a challenge in itself but I was able to adapt and worked hard to become proficient within my role. Also, I worked hard to gain status and become a strong team player. I had to be a good communicator, with both customers and internal colleagues to get tasks done. As a Team Leader, I had more one-on-one contact with the Management Team and was regularly asked to complete tasks for my direct Supervisor.
