Once implemented the company changed dramatically, in not only the way they sold and recruited, but also how they worked as a team, and operated on a daily basis. The team had worked together for a long time, and had stopped communicating effectively. We started weekly team briefs, giving an open forum for all to contribute and up date everyone on their workload, sharing ideas and problems alike. The office was not in a professionally presented and security was not managed well. Changes did happen as a result of the strategy implementation, dress code altered; security was reviewed, coupled with people pride for their work place, as well as increased sales and a stable sales team. (Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers) this year HEB have launched an auction department, I have worked with them on their strategy, and assisted in the implementation. So far, to date over£5m worth of property sales have been achieved. . My reasons for applying for this role. Over the last four years, I have increased my commercial experience a great deal this has been gained by running my own profitable consultancy, and getting involved with a number of varied businesses and organisations. In January 2008, I was asked to help set up Bramcote Netball Club in Nottingham. My role was to take the subs, market the club, gain sponsorship, grants and manage the accounts. As part of my responsibilities at Bramcote, I also regularly attend the Nottinghamshire Netball Association meetings. At our first Ã’¢Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½awards eveningÃ’¢Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½, which I opened and organised it was fantastic to see our players assembled and ready to celebrate. I won Ã’¢Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½players playersÃ’¢Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½ which was a great reward. My interest in netball because of this initial involvement has grown to being an integral part of my every day life, as I know it does for so many others. When I first saw your advert for this role, I could see how my previous commercial experience coupled with my involvement with Netball, could come together to work in a positive way. During my short time being involved in netball, I can see what a great potential there is for supporters and sponsors alike. I believe it starts from an early age, which is why my daughter has joined another local club, Stapleford Netball, the enjoyment she gets from the tournaments, training and team events is inspiring. We have regularly supported our local NSL club Loughborough and I have enjoyed seeing England play at both Sheffield and Nottingham. As well as supporting EboniÃ’¢Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½Ãƒ’¯Â’¿Â’½s facebook campaign to get Netball into 2012 Olympics. I have noted with interest partners such as Matalan and The Co-operative sponsoring, and seen first hand the future potential support around for netball across the UK, I would be confident and proud to prospect and promote the England brand. Currently I would be requesting to be considered for this position on a part time basis, whether this would be in a job share capacity or a review of the days/ hours worked. I spoke with Amanda in HR on Monday, who advised me to state this on my application. In my last employed role at XMA Computer Products, I shared the job with a fellow manager. Our team and superiors found the system to work well. In my experience, the key to a success job share is communication, my colleague and I developed this early on to ensure success Skills: Call Center Skills
