Hi there. My name is Ross and i'm a thirty something father of three, married, and living in Rugby, UK. Having spent 15 years working in the energy industry in a variety of roles primarily revolving around HR & Payroll Management Information / Reporting and Change Management, I decided to take redundancy in April 2010. I spent the next 12 months working as Company Secretary / Office manager for a small footwear design business-looking after all aspects of finace, hr, it and the general day-to-day running of the office activities of the business. In April 2011, I left this business to persue my real passion - cycling. I set up 'Cycletastic!' - a mobile cycle repair business (www.cycletastic.co.uk) based from home, and am currently working hard to build the Cycletastic brand & reputation. As a new business start up, however, the potential for earning a living from this enterprise is still limited, and I am looking to supplement my income by utilising the skills I have build up over the last 15 years. I am a highly skilled user of MS Excel, ...and have used it extensively to build complex models, dealing with very large datasets. I, and the teams of analysts... I managed, generated all the HR management Information for the UK arm of a blue chip multinational organisation employing over 20, 000 people in the UK. This included regular dashboard reports and MI suites, project based MI activities, as well as the development of online 'Self Serve' HR solutions.
