Payroll - includes payslips, monthly reports (payroll, remittance etc) and all year-end reports e.g. forms P60, and filing of Annual Return (P35) online For Bookkeeping clients, I take care that error free information is provided to the Accountant, including any copy documentation and audit trails. My Work Pettern I work from home, so Usually I prefer to collect documents from clients every month of every quarter, depending on volume of records. Once I complete monthly or quarterly work, I return these records, and collect next month's records. Alternatively, client can send me everything by email (scanned) or by post every month or every quarter, and then I can return documents by post once work is completed. I also provide monthly/quarterly management reports which includes Profit and Loss Account for the selected period, including any other specific reports requested by client. My clients are from various industries e.g. Retails Stores, Architect, Solicitor, Restaurant and so on. I am flexible in timings as I am also available during evenings and weekends. I can arrange for a meeting where I can discuss requirements of clients and design the whole package, either on hourly rates, or on fixed fee basis. I believe in accuracy and error free work for clients.
