During the course of the last 7 years I have worked in broadcast TV & IPTV on a range of productions. These include news & current affairs for London TV, Smirnoff campaign for JWT, PlayStations VOD Vidzone Service, a daily broadcast magazine show, DJ Hero promo for Myspace.com as well as working for EMAP and a variety of digital projects including Google and Youtube. Recently I have been working with Google and Youtube producing, shooting and editing a range of 3D animation and in-house promotional films. These films are used internationally as marketing tools and information lead experiences. Recently I worked on the Vidzone VOD service that is available via Sony PlayStation 3. Working for a London based Production Company my role was to produce weekly 3 - 4 minute live music sets and interviews that were edited ready for download via the Vidzone service. This role has given me a fantastic knowledge on the VOD service as well as furthering my knowledge ...on the gaming sector. In 2008 I worked as an assistant creative producer at JWT across their Smirnoff advertising campaigns.... My role here was to assistant the creative department in creation of ideas for the client brief. I was also charged with creative mood films from clips sourced from a variety of adverts, films and library footage. As an assistant producer my role was to also assist and oversee the script for all video and print and to lease with producer and post producers to oversee the final delivery of the campaign both for broadcast, print & digital. I have also worked for daily magazine show where my role was the VT producer. My main responsibility was to creative new VT strands that were to be produced, shot and edited on to a very tight deadline, on brief and on budget. My role allowed me a lot of freedom to creative new, fun & engaging strands that covered Jet Flying to boat racing. All of these strands produced their own difficulties whilst in the pre-production & production stage that I overcame each time to deliver the final piece. Last year I was also asked to produce 4 x 4 minute promo for the official Launch of Activations DJ Hero game launched in Ibiza for Myspace.com. Along with my small crew I scripted, shot & edited the pieces within a 4-day turn around. This fantastic opportunity gave me yet more insight into filming abroad as well as giving me a great personal challenge of creating the content in such a short turn around. My online experience has been strengthened over the last nine months whilst working for a digital agency based in Shoreditch. Future Content manages a range of websites integrated in language and learning. My role as web producer was to oversee the daily and weekly video content produced through the sites as well as shooting and editing many of the pieces myself. This role has given me an unparalleled amount of knowledge into the daily needs of web and digital protocol and the pressures and problems in running and maintaining active websites. From working on each of these productions I have amassed a great insight of working with tight deadlines & budgets to create high-end programming that was delivered on daily, weekly and monthly schedules. I also have experience in sourcing footage, music, clips and interviews for edits as well as the technical abilities of being able to shoot and edit my own footage using Final Cut Pro.
