Shrewsbury, United Kingdom
I am 26 years old, married with 3 young children. I enjoy working from home so I get to bring up my own children and enjoy them. I started my work life when I was 15 years old, working part time as a waitress, once I had finished school I started working full time as ...a waitress and worked my way up through the business. I worke in the childrens play barn, then became supervisor... of that which involved organising childrens parties, staff rotas and ordering stock. I then moved back into the pub and became pub supervisor which involved staff rotas, staff management, staff meetings, resolving any customer complaints, stock ordering, cashing up the tills and entering profits onto the system. I decided I wanted to move on from the public house business and became a receptionist / pa at an estate agents. I worked at a Chartered Surveyors for 2 years answering the telephones, sorting out the post, filing, photocopying, audio typing, copy typing, arranging advertising and typing up property particulars as well as dealing with potential customers and clients needs. I then moved on from this particular job as I was working full time for under minimum wage. I aquired a job working in Customer Service for a Water Supplier, here involved a lot of data entry, handling any complaints and setting up payment arrangements for customers. Most recently I have been working as a guest service manager in a hotel, again this involved data entry, handling and resolving customer complaints, staff rotas etc etc. This was at minimum wage and with having 3 children child care was working out far more than what I was earning. I am hard working and enjoy admin based work. I am also easy to get along with. Thanks for taking the time to look.
